Double Garage Conversions

This is a conversion from 2 up and over doors to 1 sectional fully Automated & Insulated door by Hörmann.

The panels are 42mm thick but are available in 67mm, worth thinking about if your garage leads into your  house. Again very secure and reliable. This was a stone built garage.

All work carried out was to building regulations and certified by the council.

This was a request to house a special car. We had to maximaise height and width and acheived quite nicely with inches to spare. The internall roof trusses and external gable end were supported with props whilst the old lintels were

removed and replaced with the new large steel beam. We were then able to fit the Securoglide Excel Double Door.

All work carried out was to building regulations and certified by the local council. 

This conversion was 2 x automatic doors to 1 Hörmann sectional garage door with glass windows and matching side door.

Including LED lighting & Hörmann Supramatic operator to power the door.

As with all conversions building regulations apply and are certified at completion of work.
